
Most of The Green Chef workshops are run from Violetta’s home, a quiet converted Abbey, in Teignmouth. She teaches great new recipes and techniques that can be used at home to small groups. The workshops are designed to be fun and inspiring. Energising green smoothies, low fat, high protein nut and seed patés and milks, recipes free of gluten, yeast, egg and dairy, low glycaemic index (low GI) dishes, and low cholesterol dishes - including amazing cakes and desserts - are just a few topics featured in the workshops.
All workshops include the generous use of ingredients, plenty of tastings, breaks with delicious snacks and refreshments and a set of The Green Chef Workshop Notes and Recipes to take home.

After this fun, 6 hour (12.00 - 18.00 ) Level 2 workshop you’ll have the skills to prepare a variety of nutritious and delicious dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner! And with no cooking involved! Includes some 'hands on' work.

Sessions range from three hours small group workshops to one-to-one full day instruction on fresh food preparation and the effective use of health food equipment such as juicers, blenders and dehydrators. Participants must be over 10 although special younger children’s workshops can be arranged by appointment.
