Violetta attended a series of educational talks by Dr Neil Cox of the County Chiropractic. These talks were entitled 'Genetics, Lifestyle and Health', Eat Well','Move Well' and 'Think,Feel and be Well'. This experiment begins on the 18th March and runs until the 15th April.  Each of the participants will have objective measures of their health recorded such as blood pressure, blood glucose, and the pH of their urine, as well as filling out a subjective questionnaire regarding such things as sleep, energy and mood.  The measurements will of course be repeated at the end of the experiment on the 15th April.  Violetta, The Green Chef and also local organic Farmers Rod and Ben's are lending their support to the project.
