Inspired by her family's medical background and with a long term interest in human emotional and physical health, diet and well-being, Violetta Cope has various areas of expertise that she uses to help clients. These clients have conditions ranging from IBS to chronic fatigue and include those recovering from illnesses such as cancer.

The Green Chef

Violetta decided to train as a Raw and Live Food Chef and Instructor graduating from the 'Living Light Culinary Arts Institute' of California. She is also a certified Raw and Live Food Health Educator of the Ann Wigmore Natural Health Institute of Puerto Rico, a graduate of the Optimum Health Institute (OHI) in San Diego, California and the Hippocrates Health Institute in Florida. In 2008 Violetta also completed the Live Food Kitchen Apprenticeship at The Tree Of Life Rejuvenation Centre in Patagonia, Arizona run by the renown Dr Gabriel Cousins, MD. Violetta has a great depth of knowledge about food combining, healthy food preparation and takes great pleasure in passing on this knowledge in her interactive workshops, personal consultations and also co-teaching at the Ashburton Cookery School.

MLD - Dr.Vodder Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist 

Violetta is a fully qualified Dr Vodder Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist. She trained in England and completed her qualification at the esteemed Dr Vodder Clinic in Austria taught by Professor Hildegard Wittlinger. Furthermore, Violetta gained work experience at the prestigious Foeldi Klinik in Germany, studying severe cases of lymphoedema and lipoedema.

Pregnancy and Postnatal Massage

Violetta has attended a specialized Pregnancy and Postnatal Massage Training and continues to develop skills in this area and will be attending further advanced courses.

Hot Stone Remedial and Clinical Massage

Violetta uses warm and cold Volcanic Basalt Stones which were ethically sourced to ease muscle pain, stiffness and daily stress.  This is a remedial /clinical massage and not to be compared with the lighter touch of MLD.

Colon Hydrotherapist 

Violetta is a highly qualified and insured Colon Hydrotherapist and a member of ARCH , The Association of Registered Colon Hydrotherapists. This is a well established cleansing therapy which helps normalise bowel functions, leaving you feeling lighter, less bloated and many clients report having more energy afterwards.  This therapy complements MLD as part of a Detox program.

Reflexologist

Violetta is a licensed Reflexologist with IIR (International Institute of Reflexology - known as the Original Ingham Method of Reflexology).   Violetta's aim is to continuously update her knowledge with the latest research and provide the best service and treatments for her clients.  She is fully insured and a member AoR. Violetta has undergone specialist Maternity Reflexology training and Advanced Reflexology Training with Tony Porter.

Violetta is thoroughly trained in the application of the famous German organic and biodynamic skin care products and will advise and treat you with only the best suited exquisite ingredients for your particular needs.  The Rhythmical Body and Face Treatments bring balance to your skin and leave you feeling cleansed and replenished!
