About Violetta

Inspired by her family's medical background and with a long term interest in human health, diet and well being, Violetta Cope has two areas of expertise that she uses to help clients. These clients have conditions ranging from IBS to chronic fatigue and include those recovering from illnesses such as cancer.

Violetta was inspired by international rawfood chef Chad Sarno and decided to train as a Raw and Live Food Chef and Instructor graduating from the 'Living Light Culinary Arts Institute' of California. She is also a certified Raw and Live Food Health Educator of the Ann Wigmore Natural Health Institute of Puerto Rico, a graduate of the Optimum Health Institute (OHI) in San Diego, California and the Hippocrates Health Institute in Florida. In 2008 Violetta also completed the Live Food Kitchen Apprenticeship at The Tree Of Life Rejuvenation Centre in Patagonia, Arizona run by the renown Dr Gabriel Cousins, MD. Violetta has a great depth of knowledge about food combining, healthy food preparation and takes great pleasure in passing on this knowledge in her interactive workshops and personal consultations. 

Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist

Violetta is a fully qualified Dr Vodder Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist. She trained in England and completed her qualification at the esteemed Dr Vodder Clinic in Austria taught by Professor Hildegard Wittlinger. Furthermore, Violetta gained work experience at the prestigious Foeldi Klinik in Germany, studying severe cases of lymphoedema and lipoedema.

Her passion particularly lies in the application of MLD at part of a general detoxification programme

Violetta offers MLD consultations and treatments, Energising Fresh Food demonstrations and hands-on workshops all from the calm atmosphere of a 19th century Abbey in Teignmouth, South Devon, England. She was born in 1965, is of German nationality and is married to David. They have two daughters.
